My ideal client will be one who needs assistance with emotional, physical or spiritual growth. My emphasis is on growing all areas, even financial health, to reduce stress and increase awareness about what is important in their lives. I focus on existing strengths and work to learn different areas of my client's life, over time, so that I can better serve to strengthen the areas that need attention, utilize the various techniques and skills I have learned to provide tools for empowering that growth and find a common ground where improvement is not only seen, but felt on a daily basis. I focus on cognitive restructuring, thought processing, CBT techniques, deep breathing techniques, anxiety reduction techniques, mindfulness and wellness techniques, and journaling the pathway from regression to progression in a measured format. Without a journal it is often difficult to remember sleep, diet, feelings and thoughts. Journaling is a proven technique that I utilize with all of my clients. The journal need not take but 3 minutes a day, but it is important to keep a growth log in a format that is comfortable for the client to continue for their own path.
